 If you have purchased Therma-Tru products outside of our online store (from a dealer, retail store, or otherwise), please reach out to that specific entity for their lead time and/or return/exchange policies. 

Products purchase on store.thermatru.com are fulfilled in a 10 day lead time and ship forth from there. Please allow up to 14 days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped.
